Dear CES Families,

As the Holiday Season draws near the Castlefrank School Council is preparing for our annual CES Cares Holiday Fundraiser that will take place on Friday November 29^th between 6-8pm. For anyone new to our school community, this night is an annual event that raises money for the “Castlefrank Cares” charitable fund, in support of Castlefrank students and families in need.

This year’s festivities will include a movie in the gym, a holiday bazaar (so parents can do a little shopping while the kids watch the movie), and a holiday raffle! We will also be selling various refreshments including pizza, drinks and snacks.

Admission: As we have done in previous years, this year admission will be by donation.

The movie:  The kids will have an opportunity to vote on a movie the week before the event.

Bazaar: This year the bazaar portion of the evening will be bigger than ever! We are expecting around 15 vendors selling an array of items. Come look around and see what goodies you can find.

Raffle: We are looking for donations (big and small) of any items that can be used in our raffle. Items can be dropped off in the main office or you can contact castlefrankcouncil@gmail.com to make other arrangements.

Volunteers: We will be looking for volunteers to help run the fundraiser. This could be a great opportunity for any high school students you know to obtain their volunteer hours and for our CES parents to get involved and meet one another. Signup Here
