It is almost time for the annual Bike Rodeo here at Castlefrank!  This year’s event has been scheduled for Monday May 13th and Tuesday May 14th at Castlefrank school.

This is a FREE event hosted by the Castlefrank School Council in partnership with the Ottawa Safety Council.  Students will learn about bike and helmet safety, and have the opportunity to practice their skills in several different activity stations.

It is open to all students at Castlefrank (JK – grade 3), and takes place during school hours.  Depending on their comfort level, students may participate with their bike or scooter, or simply by walking the rodeo course.  All students on a bike or scooter must also bring and wear a helmet.

The tentative class schedule is as follows:

Monday May 13th: Bleuets, Red Apples, Etoiles, Banana Splits, Chevaliers, Bluejays, Shooting Stars, Koalas

Tuesday May 14th: Dragonflies, Papillions, Minions, Hogwarts, Rockstars, Ninjas, Pandas, Grenouilles
