It’s a busy week at Castlefrank and around the school community!  Here are some of this week’s upcoming events:

Tuesday February 27th

• Toonie Tuesday: Students are encouraged to donate a toonie (or more), and School Council will be matching all donations raised up to $300.  There is a friendly competition between Katimavik ES and Castlefrank ES to see who can raise the most funds, with all money raised in support of the Education Foundation.  More information can be found here.
• School Council meeting: Starting at 7pm in the Castlefrank School Library.  Meeting agenda can be found here.  Everyone welcome!

Wednesday February 28th

• Hot Dog and Spirit Day: extra hot dogs will be sold for $2 for anyone who has not pre-ordered one.  This month’s spirit day is Pink Shirt Day in support of anti-bullying!

Thursday March 1st

• Tackling Anxiety and Stress Through Arts and Mindfulness: Presented by Alta Vista Public School from 7-9pm.  Supervised childcare available.  Please see the flyer here for more information.
